Cancellation Policy

Midnight Sun Wellness Holistic Psychology requires a credit card on file for all clients to secure their appointment. Your card will be charged following your appointment unless alternative payment arrangements have been made with your therapist. Additionally, it is our policy to maintain a valid credit card on file in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. Please note that your credit card information is stored in our secure and encrypted legal file system. Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

  1. To pay your balance after your session unless alternative payment arrangements have been made with your therapist.

  2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows

  3. Denied claims

  4. Partially Paid Claims

We prefer 48 hours notice to accommodate our waitlist. If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the FULL cost of the session. Please note that charges for late, cancelled, and missed appointments often cannot be submitted for health insurance reimbursement.

To cancel an appointment, please email hello@midnightsunwellness.com or leave a voicemail at (587)-287-2686. You do not need to hear back from us to consider your appointment cancelled- we will not charge as long as we have received your communication time stamped with a minimum of 48 hours notice. You can also cancel or modify your appointments by logging into your Jane account.
